We always look forward to the State Fair every September mainly for the amazing fair food! One of our favorite things to get is a State Fair Funnel Cake. Just this past week I decided to see how hard it would be to make one at home and I have to say it turned out to be incredibly easy! Here is the recipe for homemade funnel cakes.
Ingredients: Makes 4 Funnel Cakes
1 Cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 Cup and 1 tablespoon of milk
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
Powdered Sugar or Whatever topping you like
1. In a Large skillet add about 1 1/2 inches of oil and heat to around 350 degrees. Now in a medium bowl combine the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
