Nothing screams the holidays more than a hot slice of Pumpkin Pie topped with a big scoop of whipped cream. I love pumpkin pie and it’s one of those Thanksgiving staples that I look forward to each year. But Thanksgiving isn’t the only time to enjoy these delectable dessert. And eating a slice of pumpkin pie isn’t the only way you can enjoy yourself. How about having a delicious pumpkin pie shake.

What you need:
2 Cups of Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 Cup of Milk
1 Medium Slice of Mrs. Smith Pumpkin Pie
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
Cool Whip for topping
Dash of Pumpkin Spice for topping
Directions:
Bake your Mrs. Smith Pie according to the directions on the box. After it’s baked let it cool down for about 2 hours.
Now take the pie and crumble it into small pieces in the blender.
Next add the ice cream, milk and cinnamon and blend well until thick and creamy. If you need to add more ice cream to make it thicker you can or if it’s too thick you can add more milk. This is really your preference to how thick you like your shakes. I like mine on the thick side.
Pour the pumpkin pie shake into a festive glass and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin spice. Serve immediately.
This is one of my new favorite desserts for the fall. I love pumpkin pie but after having this yummy dessert I think I like my pumpkin pie shake even more. Walmart has a great selection of Mrs. Smith Pies in the frozen food section. You’ll also find the Cool Whip right next to the pies so it’s all in one convenient place.
