Wow! I have to say that this has been the fastest 6 weeks being on a diet that I have ever had! This week has been great and I was actually able to get in more exercise like walking throughout the week. When I first started the Nutrisystem program snacking was one of my biggest problems especially at night. This week I hardly snacked at all, I just kept a big glass of water next to me and it kept my mind off of snack food while watching TV.
Being on a diet program like Nutrisystem not only helps you lose that extra weight but it also “trains” your body to eat less food. Another big problem that I had was eating too much, even if it was healthy I always wanted to finish everything on my plate so that it wouldn’t waste. Even after 6 weeks my body needs less food to fill full. Last night I made myself a small sandwich for dinner and I couldn’t even finish all of it. So I know I’m going to continue to lose more weight and maintain it after I reach my goal when I start to eat regular food.
