I took a few weeks off from the Menu Plan during the holidays but now that it’s the start of the new year I am getting it back on track! I am going to try and make recipes that are not only inexpensive but that are also healthy for you. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a southern girl and I love fried foods so I will throw in a few recipes every know in then for some of my favorites but I am really trying to get in the habit of cooking more lean meats and veggies so I am going to be experimenting with different types of food over the next year. As always I would love to hear your input about what types of recipes you would like for me to post.
