My daughter Aubrey has always been a really good sleeper and usually goes right to bed. It wasn’t until a few months ago that she started getting scared and coming in to my room in the middle of the night. When I would ask her the next day why she got into mommy’s bed, she would tell me that the blue monster in her room scared her. I can remember being horribly scared of the dark as a child and I don’t want my kids to have to be afraid to sleep in the own beds at night.
KinderGlo’s nightlight characters are great daytime play pals and soothing friends for your child’s night. Never hot to the touch, KinderGlo LED nightlights bathe a room in soft light, easing the most fretful kids into a good night’s sleep and guarding them through the night.
KinderGlo recently sent us the Elephant Night Light.
When I got the package and saw that it was from KinderGlo I called Aubrey into her room and told her that I had something for her to help her not be afraid of the dark. Her reaction was very excited and asked me “what is it mama”? As I opened it up she saw the cutest little elephant friend and was so happy.
I told Aubrey this was her new little friend and as we took him out of the package, I asked her what she thought his name should be and he suggestion was Elephant.
I love that the KinderGlo Elephant is small enough for Aubrey to grasp with her little hands yet it’s bright enough to help her see what she needs to at night. We set the Kinderglo Base up next to her bed. This is the base that charges the KinderGlo Elephant and it connects to a power cord from the back.
The Elephant has a continuous glow cycle that has red, yellow, purple, blue and green. Or you can choose it to stay on either Red, Green or Blue. The timer can be set to 30 minute auto-shut off or if you want it can stay on through the night.
All of the KinderGlo products are BPA and Lead free and they are safe for your child to sleep with at night. Aubrey loves her new friend and she is actually sleeping with her “green” elephant right now as I am writing up this review.
The KinderGlo is a great product and I want to thank the makers for allowing me to get extra sleep at night, because Aubrey is now much braver in her own bed with her little buddy. This night light is much better than your average nightlight because it is portable and your child can hold it as they fall asleep giving them that extra sense of security.
KinderGlo has some really adorable friends to help your little one feel safe at night. Be sure to check out their website for look at all of the different night lights.
