Nascar has always been a big part of my family since I was a young age. I can remember Sunday dinners at my Granny’s house where my Grandpa would be sitting in his chair watching the race, every week. Nascar was a staple in my home growing up. Now that I am older, we still have Sunday dinners and we still watch Nascar.
This year we will be fueling up for our Nascar watch parties with beef from Sam’s Club. My top choice for beef is a nice big tenderloin cooked to medium well. I like my beef with just a little bit of pink in the middle. I think that it’s perfect that way!
Thanks to my husband, the grill master of our house, he grilled up some nice juicy steaks this past Sunday as we cheered on #17 Ricky Stenhouse Jr. Now, the steaks were AMAZING and would have been great all by themselves but this was a Nascar party, so we needed all the fixings to go along with that steak. We had Baked Potato, steak and a big ol’ corn on the cob. It was delicious.
