For the past year I have been teaming up with Hasbro to bring you some of the best toys on the market. It’s been so much fun being able to test these toys out with my kids and to see first hand how much fun these toys can be. Hasbro knows what kids like. Whether they are toddlers or even pre-teen, Hasbro has got you covered. Recently we were sent a few new toys and games to test out just in time for the holidays.
Bop It! Game
It’s no secret that our family loves to play games. We actually have collected quite a few games over the years. Anytime we get to add a new game to our collection, it’s like Christmas morning. Bop It! is one of those games that no matter how old you are, you are going to have fun. Bop It! Is made specifically for kids ages 8 and up. You can play alone or with several different players. To beat Bop It! and the other players, you have to be faster than the game and “prove you got the moves”. There are 10 hilarious different moves that Bop It will call out during your turn. You have to do these moves before another move is called. And it gets faster and faster. The Bop It! game is a portable game so you can play it at home or on-the-go. It features 3 solo and social play options: Classic, Beat Box, and Pass It. We love this game and think your family will too.
Playskool Chase ‘n Go Ball Popper
This is the first Christmas in probably 7 years that I have had to buy toddler toys. To tell you the truth I am actually very excited about it! There are so many amazing toys out their for babies and toddlers that it’s going to be lot’s of fun when Christmas morning rolls around. The Chase ‘n Go Ball Popper is one of those toys. There are multiple ways that your child can play with this toy they can either sit or stand to place the balls in the toy. When they press the big button the the Chase ‘n Go Ball paper will play one of 6 tunes. Your child can either see the balls cycle through the elephant or watch him launch them around the room. This is a fantastic toy for kids to practice motor control, eye tracking and making predictions about what the ball is going to do. If you are in the market for a fun toy for babies or toddlers, I would highly recommend the Playskool Chase ‘n Go Ball Popper.
Disney Princess Elena of Avalor & Princess Isabel Doll
Meet Princess Elena, the newest Disney Princess that has quickly become a favorite among girls all over the country. Including our house! My daughter Aubrey loves all of the Disney princesses. But I think she is particularly fond of Princess Elena. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Princess Elena came with her sister Princess Isabel. That way, there is a lot more imaginative play that kids can do when they have both dolls together. Both of the dolls come with beautiful clothing and accessories like shoes, earrings and hair bows. As popular as this new Disney princess is I foresee a lot of little girls asking for Princess Elena dolls this holiday season.
I’d love to hear some of your favorite Hasbro holiday picks! Leave me a comment and let me know what they are. Also for more ideas on holiday gifts for kids be sure to check out Hasbro on Amazon.
